It has been a longer time with indian education system as a consumer. Time reveal the ground reality as from start to end the education system have 3 monkeys CBSE, ICSE and State board and the laughter is open board.
State board is filled with mid day meal, beti bachao, padhega india toh badhega india, ruk jana nahi etc etc... Students have deep knowledge of sledging, bunking, indecipline, fighter of debris . Schooling starts from 1 to 6 with least english knowledge required 7 to 10 they are promoted not to worry you all are literate to be posted in magazines.11th and 12th are there primary education where they get Question bank and moreover best out of passing mark system.
Reality not even a single candidate of state boards can write a 2 page write up on indian literacy
Question arises:
Should they be recognized as literate.??
Student within 16 years are qualified professionals of indian education program??
What is more important records or knowledge??
